The Bunco fundraiser for Christmas food boxes last Saturday night was such a huge success. What a great turn out from our community! The senior citizens building was completely full of participants. Snacks were delicious, and the prizes for the winners were awesome. A surprise auction item proved to be a big hit. Santa Claus found time to come from the North Pole! He even brought one of his young elves to pass out candy canes, bringing the Christmas spirit to all in attendance!

We want to shout out a big thank you to the following businesses:

Albertos, Circle K, Colletta Keesee’s Healing Touch, El Cupido’s of Snowflake, El Rancho, Farr’s A&W, Bienvenido Restaurant, Hidden Cove Golf Course Men’s Association, Jeffer’s Ranch, Knife City, Mesa Italiana, Pizza Hut, Roxy Theater, Safeway, and Scotty & Son. Several anonymous cash donations were given too.

Bunco Night brought in over $2,600! This goes toward the $14,700 needed to provide 130 Christmas food boxes to families in our community! What a blessing to have so much fun in a few hours and know many people are being helped!

Thank you all for living here in Happy Holbrook and surrounding areas!
