The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of May 26 – June 9 Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 12:26 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, Sherry Wilcox, 50, of Overgaard, was arrested for DUI. Wilcox was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 3:21 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, Robert Miranda, 34, of Surprise, was cited and released for criminal speeding.
At 2:45 a.m. on Friday, June 7, Joseph Stengel, 58, of Snowflake, was arrested for disorderly conduct, failure to comply with a court order and failure to appear. Stengel was booked into the county jail.
At 9:27 p.m. on Friday, Christian Mullaney, 22, of Lakeside, was arrested for obstruction. Mullaney was booked into the county jail.
At 6:38 a.m. on Sunday, June 9, Theodore Saylor, 29, of Overgaard, was arrested for assault. Saylor was booked into the county jail.
