The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of June 4-10. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7, Michael Frost, 33, of Snowflake, was arrested for disorderly conduct, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, threatening and intimidating, violation of parole and three counts of failure to appear. He was booked into the county jail. At 1:11 a.m. on Friday, June 9, Michael Scott, 51, of Overgaard, was arrested for extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more and extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .20% or more. At 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, David Riegle, 57, of Overgaard, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. At 11:51 p.m. on Saturday, Crystal Black, 38, of Overgaard was arrested for aggravated DUI. She was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
