The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Oct. 16-29. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 3:12 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct 18, Charles Alexander, 66, of Overgaard was arrested for failure to comply with a court order and Timothy Young, 18, of Overgaard was arrested for trespassing after deputies were dispatched to the 3500 block of Winchester Drive in Overgaard. Alexander and Young were booked into the Navajo County Jail. At 8:48 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, Daniel McCabe Sr., 63, of Tolleson was arrested for failure to appear after deputies made contact with McCabe in the 1900 block of State Route 260 in Heber. McCabe was booked into the county jail. At 12:26 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 23, Terry A. Moore, 79, of Overgaard was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 1800 block of State Route 260 in Heber for a disorderly call. Moore was booked into the county jail. At 3:12 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, Jason Bernard, 49, of Overgaard was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies served a search warrant in the 3500 block of Quail Run Road in Overgaard. Bernard was booked into the county jail. At 7:32 p.m. on Monday, Joseph Bower, 33, of Overgaard was arrested for assault after deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of State Route 260 in Overgaard regarding a fight. Bower was booked into the county jail. At 3:24 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, Marisol Ceniceros, 31, of Phoenix was arrested for transportation and/or sale of a narcotic drug, possession of a narcotic drug for sale, and possession and/or use of a narcotic drug following a traffic stop on I-40 at Milepost 253 in the Winslow area. Ceniceros was booked into the county jail.
