The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Oct. 9-15. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 3:07 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, George Goswick Jr., 29, of Heber was arrested for theft. Goswick was booked into the Navajo County Jail. At 8:16 p.m. on Wednesday, Andrea Chaney, 47, of Heber was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies responded to the 2900 block of Skylark Drive in Heber for a 911 hang-up. Chaney was booked into the county jail. At 12 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 14, Michael Martineau, 21, of Heber was arrested for failure to appear after deputies responded to the 2800 block of State Route 260 in Heber. Martineau was booked into the county jail. At 2:12 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 15, Wojciech Kuczynski, 51, of Overgaard was arrested for interfering with judicial proceedings after deputies responded to the 2200 block of Eagle Lane in Overgaard for a violation of court order. Kuczynski was booked into the county jail.
