Holbrook will host St. Johns and Tuba City in a three-team scrimmage on Friday this week. The girls will get things started at 1 p.m. followed by the boys at approximately 4 p.m. Admission is free for fans.
Both Roadrunners squads are coming off last year’s final four runs where each team bowed out of the season in the semi-final round. Holbrook’s first game of the year will be next Tuesday when they host Alchesay. This game will feature a rematch of last year’s girls semifinal game.
Holbrook is expected to have a very strong boys team this year while the Lady Roadrunners will be looking to reload after losing seven seniors off last year’s team.
