Photo courtesy of the Petrified Forest National ParkEach year a group of local youth are given the opportunity to spend the summer working in the Youth Conservation Corps as part of the offerings at the Petrified Forest National Park. While these youth dedicate most of their time doing projects with the park, they are also put to service in Holbrook. Here YCC members spent the day at the Holbrook Public Library, cleaning and planting in an effort to beautify the city for those who enjoy it.
