Women veterans are invited to meet from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 1, at the American Legion, 290 E. Iowa St. in Holbrook. Those attending are asked to bring water or another nonalcoholic beverage to drink. If there is enough interest, the meetings may be held monthly. The meetings will not be affiliated with any organization, but organizers offered their thanks for the use of the American Legion post as a place to meet. If you have questions, please call or text Vicki at (928) 951-0541.
