The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of June 1-7. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 8:48 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, Justin Techer, 26, of Mesa, was arrested for possession and/or use of dangerous drugs, possession and/or use of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage/domestic violence and disorderly conduct/domestic violence after deputies made contact with Techer in the Heber area. Techer was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 6:06 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, Justin Funderburg, 43, of Overgaard, was arrested for failure to appear after deputies made contact with Funderburg in the Heber area. Funderburg was booked into the county jail.
