The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of May 31 – June 6. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 4:43 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, Brandon Wilson, 39, of Overgaard, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault after deputies were dispatched to the 2200 block of State Route 260 in the Overgaard area for a report of disorderly subject. Wilson was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 7:08 p.m. on Friday, June 5, Elizabeth Palomo, 26, of Overgaard, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession and/or use of dangerous drugs and failure to appear after deputies made contact with Palomo in the Heber area. Palomo was booked into the county jail.
At 8 p.m. on Friday, Tyler Jones, 34, of Heber, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order after deputies made contact with Jones in the Overgaard area. Jones was booked into the county jail.
