Halloween is this Saturday and there will be plenty of frights and fun for the kids in area communities. Pictured here are some sights from Joseph City resident Rachel Berge’s Halloween House. This is a tradition that grows each year, with a full block on Main Street now dedicated to creating a spooky good time.
