Manuel E. Garcia passed away in his Snowflake home on Nov. 27, 2018. He had been battling cancer. Manuel was born in Mexico and migrated to the U.S. on a work visa and decided to make Snowflake his home. He enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. Manuel is survived by his wife, Rosario Garcia; his children, Manuel Garcia, Jose Gonzalez, Zaydel Vazquez, Celeste Silvas, Margaret Garcia, Ivan Garcia and Amy Garcia, and their spouses; and 14 grandchildren. Silver Creek Mortuary handled the arrangements.
