At approximately 1:20 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, deputies responded to a male subject who had reportedly discharged a firearm in the parking lot of the Country Store off Concho Highway in Snowflake and then fled the scene. The subject, identified as Solomon Dominguez, 52, of Snowflake, had reportedly approached a vehicle in the parking lot and brandished a firearm, pointing it numerous times at the driver of the vehicle. The investigation revealed Dominguez fired one round into the ground as the vehicle left the scene. Dominguez later called into 911 multiple times stating someone tried to run him over. Deputies were able to make contact with Dominguez near his residence where he was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and three counts each of disorderly conduct involving a weapon and endangerment. Dominguez was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
