The Lady Roadrunners dropped their final volleyball match of the season on Wednesday of last week, falling at Payson in three straight games. That loss put them in a precarious position in the power points, allowing them to be bumped out of the state play-in games at the end of the regular season.
Holbrook finished the season ranked 27th in power points with a 5-12 record. They needed to finish at least inside the top 24 in order to extend their season.
