Jessica Nicole McGown, 24, of Taylor passed away on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, in Phoenix. A viewing will be held on Friday, Dec. 2, at the Silver Creek Mortuary in Taylor. Mass of Catholic Burial will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3, at Our Lady of the Snow Catholic Church in Snowflake. She was born Jan. 9, 1992, to Gloria Bazan. Jessica had a bright personality and enjoyed making everyone laugh; there was never a dull moment with her. During her free time she would spend hours cooking, baking and coming up with crafts to do with her sons. Family gatherings were most important to her, and we thank all family and friends for being a part of her life. She was preceded in death by her nana, Lorraine Bazan; grandpa, Sisto Bazan; two cousins, Toby Bazan and Adrian Arvayo; an uncle, Fernando Bazan; and great-grandma, Jenny Mora. Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Gloria Bazan and Frank Jones of Taylor; the love of her life, Matthew McGown of Snowflake; her sons, Lucas and Silas McGown of Snowflake; her sister and brother, Jackie Jones and Jordan Jones of Taylor; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
