Ethel Luella Hansen Ethel Luella Hansen went to live with her Heavenly Father on Aug. 13, 2020, after a long illness. She was born in San Diego, Calif., on Sept. 15, 1934, to Cortez and Allen Griffin. She is survived by her husband, Ray Hansen of Lakeside. They were married for 68 years and they had four children, Tracie Lee Hansen, Douglas Ray Hansen, Judith Anne Conner and Leonard Niels Hansen. Ethel and Ray lived in Snowflake for 30 years. Ethel joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1956 and has been a faithful member ever since. She was a Primary teacher, Stake Primary leader, Sunday School teacher, and served four years as ward Relief Society president. She was also a temple worker for over 10 years. She and her husband served a mission at Temple Square in Salt Lake City. She has done temple work for hundreds of her family members. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Grant Griffin. She will be missed by her family and friends.
