The Snowflake Town Council approved Ordinance No. 15-08 April 28, exchanging property with Rimrock View Estates, LLC.
The exchange was required because a survey showed that a portion of Snowflake Municipal Golf Course at green No. 6 and at tee box No. 7 encroaches on lands owned by Rimrock. Council members approved the exchange of property at their April 14 meeting, but passage of an ordinance was necessary to complete it.
Property owned by the town equal to the value of those portions of the golf course property was exchanged.
