Holbrook has added a new tourist attraction in celebration of the Route 66 centennial. The artwork detailing Holbrook’s Route 66 highlights was created by renowned Native American artist Richard Gorman. City workers installed this drive-thru Route 66 shield at Heward Park, located at the west end of Hopi Drive. Also soon to be added are mini shields to be placed in the city’s dog parks located at Heward Park and the other dog park at the north end of Navajo Blvd.
