Barbara Williams Spieth passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, at the Holbrook Cemetery. She was born Dec. 18, 1938, in Cottonwood to Archie and Nina Williams. Survivors include her three children, Ray Fowler and Sue Ellen Fowler, both of Lancaster, Calif., and Linda Dalton of Las Vegas, Nev.; five grandchildren; and three siblings, Betty Williams of Phoenix, Robin Williams of Young and Diann Poteet of Show Low. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low was in charge of the arrangements.
