Conner On Tuesday, Feb. 2, the Bulldogs hosted the Show Low Cougars with the Bulldogs starting out the game on fire, out-shooting the Cougars 19-7 in the first quarter, and at the end of the half the scoreboard showed Winslow with 41 and Show Low with 18. In the second half, both teams turned up the heat with the Bulldogs taking the lead and finishing up the third quarter with a 20-point lead 57-37. In the fourth, the Bulldogs defeated the Cougars, 79-58. Winslow would have four players in double digits including Dustin Richard with 20 points, one three-point shot and 8 rebounds; followed by Tyrell Young with 15 points, one three-point shot and nine rebounds; Jeremiah Byjoe with 13 points and two three-point shots; and Roy Billups with 12 points and five steals. Show Low’s Cougar Cooke was the high scorer with 21 points and two three-point shots.
