The HELP Coalition and the Holbrook Elks Lodge are sponsoring the annual Spooktacular event, scheduled from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, at the lodge, located at 714 Elkdom Ave. Registration is slated at 6 p.m., followed by a costume contest at 7 p.m. There will also be an open concession, lots of candy and fun.
