Taylor Town Hall 1

The Town of Taylor’s annual Trapper Days festivities are scheduled for Memorial Day weekend this Friday, Saturday and Monday, May 25, 26 and 28. The annual event is named after honored Taylor resident Kirk “Trapper” Hatch. Hatch served in World War II and was well known for his Trapper’s Café. Hatch passed away on April 9, 1983, but will never be forgotten.

This year military veteran Jeff Kyle, brother of American Sniper Chris Kyle, will be speaking at the program. Kyle will arrive by limousine from Payson complete with motorcycle escorts in what has been coined, “The Remember Ride.” It is estimated that upwards of 100 motorcycles may be participating. For more information on the ride search Facebook for “The Remember Ride” or contact John Packer at (928) 243-7738.
