Holbrook started the season with two difficult match ups. They had to play last year’s state champion and state runner up. Holbrook fell to Northland Prep 0-9, and to Chino Valley 0-10. Their only other regular season match was on Sept. 10 in Holbrook where they dropped a 0-5 decision to visiting Payson.
