The Snowflake boys and Blue Ridge girls won the Winslow Invitational Track Meet held in Winslow on Friday. The Winslow boys tied for fifth and the Winslow girls were ninth. There were 17 teams in the competition.

The Snowflake boys won by an impressive margin of 149 points to 83 for second place Blue Ridge. Show Low was third at 72.5 and Payson was fourth at 47.5, just ahead of Winslow and Coconino who tied at 46. Tuba City was next at 35.

The Blue Ridge girls had a point total of 98.5, well ahead of second place Flagstaff at 82.5. Snowflake was third at 77, ahead of Chinle at 66. Winslow was ninth at 32.

Amanda Stricker of Flagstaff won the 100 meters with a time of 14.06. Alexa Jones of Snowflake was second. Schoder, Baylee of Show Low was third. Lauren Hatch of Winslow was fourth. Kelafer Kinlecheenie of Winslow was sixth.

Faythe Duran of Snowflake won the 200 meters with a time of 28.85. Jamie Shrader of Flagstaff was second. Abbigail Gibbs of Flagstaff was third.

Duran also won the 400 meters with a time of 1:02.40. Brianna Loughran of Tuba City was second. Brianna Macedo of Winslow was third.

Rolonda Jumbo of Chinle won the 800 meters with a time of 2:24.58. Kim Allan of Flagstaff was second. Lydia Galster of Payson was third.

Jumbo also won the 1600 meters with a time of 5:27.57. Tatiana Gillick of Flagstaff was second. Autumn Gibson of Blue Ridge was third.

Jumbo got her third win in the 3200 meters with a time of 12:18.19. Nicole Douglas and Jayde Secody of Page were second and third respectively.

Kiana Natividad of Snowflake won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.79. Rachel Kortsen of Flagstaff was second. Mariah Genck of Blue Ridge was third.

Mariah Genck of Blue Ridge won the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 50.47. Katelyn Cordell of Payson was second. Shelby Teel of Blue Ridge was third.

Snowflake won the girls’ 400-meter relay with a time of 52.40. Flagstaff was second and Blue Ridge third. Show Low won the 1600-meter relay with a time of 4:22.31. Blue Ridge was second and Payson third.

Flagstaff just nipped Show Low in the 3200-meter relay with a time of 10:38.34 to 10:38.37. Blue Ridge was third.

Mariah Genck of Blue Ridge won the high jump with a leap of 5’ 2”. There was a three-way tie for second between Ira Dalton of Chinle, Victoria Ignace of Coconino and Sarah Mong of Page.

Lindsay Bryce of Coconino won the long jump with a leap of 14-10. Jaymi Carlen of Payson was second and Ileanna Johnson of Flagstaff was third.

Sarah Mong of Page won the triple jump with a leap of 32-11. Naomi Hesse of Blue Ridge was second and Bailey Patterson of Payson was third.

Danielle Hext of Snowflake won the shot put with a heave of 31-11. Alexis Smith of Page was second and Danielle Stevens of Page was third.

Celia Williams of Blue Ridge won the discus with a throw of 91-10. Mesha Fuson of Winslow was second and Clarissa Sorden of Coconino, third.

In the boys’ events Tyler Johnson of Snowflake won the 100 meters with a time of 11.69, Wendell Carter of Winslow was second and Josh Weeks of Show Low was third. Kraig Shirley of Winslow was fourth.

Josh Weeks of Show Low won the 200 meters with a time of 23.33. Tyler Johnson, Hunter Farr and Kyle Lunt, all of Snowflake were second, third and fourth, respectively.

Weeks also won the 400 meters with a time of 49.48. Adam Clawson of Flagstaff was second and DeAndre Combest of Page, third.

Mathew Murray of Tuba City won the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.79. Shawn Secody of Page was second and Dave Streett of Blue Ridge was third.

Billy Orman of Tuba City won the 1600 meters with a time of 4:38.81. Justin Secakuku of Hopi was second and Searle Tracy of Chinle, third. Mathew Murray of Tuba City was fourth.

Orman also won the 3200 meters with a time of 10:06.58. Secakuku was second and McCray Huma, also of Hopi, was third.

Jacob Rawlins of Snowflake won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.83. Conor Harrell also of Snowflake was second and Todd Kulikowski of Blue Ridge was third. Josiah Shirley of Chinle was fourth.

Brit Smith of Snowflake won the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 41.17l. Todd Kulikowski of Blue Ridge was second and Jacob Rawlins of Snowflake, third.

Snowflake won the 400-meter relay with a time of 43.53. Winslow was second and Blue Ridge, third. Show Low won the 1600-meter relay with a time of 3:32.01. Winslow was second and Snowflake, third.

Payson won the 3200-meter relay with a time of 9:05.06. Winslow was second and Snowflake, third.

Jeremy Conigliari of Coconino and Conor Harrell of Snowflake tied for winning the high jump with leaps of 5’2”. Richard Nielson of Payson was third.

Tyler Johnson of Snowflake won the long jump with a leap of 19 feet. Blake Brown of Payson was second. Jacob Rawlins of Snowflake was third.

Jacob Rawlins of Snowflake won the triple jump with a leap of 39-01. Steven Roessig of Coconino was second. Henry Montiel of Winslow was third.

Derek Osborn of Show Low won the shot put with a heave of 45. Sheldon Jacks and Alex Stebbins of Blue Ridge were second and third.

Sheldon Jacks of Blue Ridge won the discus with a throw of 142-04. Bennett Kendrick of Page was second and Cody Carlson of Blue Ridge, third.
