The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Dec.15-21. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 2:23 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, Kevin McConnaughy, 44, of Snowflake, was arrested for criminal damage, assault, and disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 8300 block of Garden Home Trail in Snowflake for a welfare check. McConnaughy was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
