The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Sept. 20-26. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 4:58 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20, Tyler Jones, 34, of Heber was cited and released for interfering with judicial proceedings after deputies were dispatched to the 1900 block of State Route 260 in Heber for a report of a court order violation.
At 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, Christopher Bewley, 40, of Heber was arrested for failure to comply with a court order after deputies made contact with Bewley in the Heber area. Bewley was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
