The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of July 26 – Aug. 1. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 5:18 p.m. on Friday, July 31, Shane Warr, 59, of Peoria was arrested for resisting arrest, threatening and intimidating, and three counts of disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of State Route 260 in the Overgaard area for a report of threatening. Warr was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
