The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 4 during the period of April 13-19. Area 4 covers approximately 1,800 square miles, and encompasses the unincorporated areas of Snowflake/Taylor, Shumway, Cedar Hills, White Mountain Lake and Show Low Pines. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by the officers are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 9:16 p.m. on Monday, April 14, Timmy Denbeste, 56, of Snowflake, was arrested for failure to appear after deputies were dispatched to the 3800 block of Del Contento Road in Snowflake for a report of a court order violation. Denbeste was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 2:09 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, Jonathan Hooker, 41, of Snowflake, was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence, criminal damage/domestic violence and assault/domestic violence after deputies were dispatched to the 8100 block of Charolias Trail in Snowflake for a report of an assault. Hooker was booked into the county jail.
At 10:11 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, Gregory Ogden, 58, of Mesa, was cited and released for an open container violation following a traffic stop on Concho Highway at milepost 4 in Snowflake.
