Winslow’s eighth annual 5K/10K For The Cure will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12. This annual event is held to assist people in Northern Arizona affected by cancer through the Winslow Cancer Support Group. Both the 5K and the 10K will begin at Tate’s Auto Center, located at 2400 Old Highway 66. The entry fee is $25 in advance or $30 at the event. Registration includes a T-shirt and a bottle of water.
