Holbrook’s boys team picked up another runner-up finish, this time placing second to Snowflake at the Shane Morris Invitational held in Lakeside on Friday.
Snowflake finished with 41 team points, just edging out Holbrook who was one place behind with 42. Blue Ridge finished in third with 80.
Leyton Tom was Holbrook’s top placer finishing in fourth place with a time of 16:13. Kenneth Nez was sixth in 16:40, Ian Masayesva 10th in 16:53, Kelton Reidhead 12th in 17:16, Tristen Attakai 14th in 17:19, Darius Wiles 25th in 18:16, and Rylan Bia was 34th with a time of 18:38.
Raelle Yazzie was the only Lady Roadrunner competing in the varsity race. She placed 11th overall with a time of 21:30.
