Registration for the 2016-17 school year for students in the Holbrook School District will be held Monday through Friday, July 18-22. At Indian Wells Elementary School, registration is slated from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, through Thursday, July 18-21. Registration at Park Elementary, Hulet Elementary, Holbrook Junior High and Holbrook High schools is planned from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, July 20 and 21, and from 8 to 11 a.m. on Friday, July 22. If you have pre-registered, please stop by your school to update and verify all information to ensure the correct information is in the district’s database. Please have current contact information available, including phone number, address and email address. The State of Arizona requires validation for proof of residency, such as billing address, photo ID or other identification with your physical address that proves where you live. Certificate of Indian Blood verification is required in order for Native American students to receive tribal benefits. All students must be current on immunizations to attend school and have birth certificate information on file. Dorm applications will be taken beginning on Tuesday, July 19. Please apply with the dorm during registration. The dorm will have a registration table available at HHS on July 19. School begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3.
