Pete Anthony Chavez passed away March 7, 2025, in Phoenix surrounded by his family. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, at Desert View Cemetery. A public viewing will be held at 10 a.m. at the Winslow Funeral Home, located at 1505 W. 3rd St. Graveside services to follow.
Pete was born Aug. 22, 1970, to Pete and Rachel Chavez. He is survived by his mom, Rachel Chavez; his sons, Michael (Carley Greer) of Goodyear and Jude of Winslow; daughters, Reyna (Ricky) of Missouri, Savanah (Bobby) of Arkansas and Natalia of Winslow; four grandchildren; sisters, Lisa (Nico) Quintana of Winslow, Angela (Carlos) Quiñonez of Winslow and Rebecca Chavez of Phoenix; and lots of nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Pete Chavez; and grandparents, Goya Olague, Leo Sedillo Ysidro and Amada Chavez.
