Marjorie Bain, 74, passed away on March 8, 2023, in Phoenix. She was born on Oct. 3, 1948, to Francis and Daisy Benton in Castle Butte. A viewing for Marjorie will be held from 10 to 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, at Winslow Funeral Home, located at 1505 W. 3rd St. in Winslow, with graveside Service to follow at 11 a.m. in Desert View Cemetery. She loved her kids and grandchildren. She graduated from Holbrook High School in 1967 before attending Barnes Business School in Denver, Colo. She is survived by husband, Jerry Robertson Bain; son, Adrain Bain; daughters, Valerie Bain and Camillia Samantha James- Lopez; sisters, Marie Benton, Dolly Gishi, Frances Benton, Rita Keyonnie and Effie Benton; brother, Arkie Benton; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Francis and Daisy Benton; brother, Roger Benton; and nephew, Arkie Louis Benton. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow handled the arrangements.
