Georgia Patricia Hoyt, 84, passed from this life into Heaven at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, in the comfort of her Holbrook home with family and close friends. She had been fighting for every breath for awhile, but lost the battle as her daughter Carolyn Young and son Kenneth Lites held her in their arms. She was a wonderful and beautiful woman who made an impact on many lives. Services are pending, and will be published in the Aug. 23 edition of the newspaper.
