NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
THE ESTATE OF RODNEY K. FITZGERALD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DEVIN R. FITZGERALD is Personal Representative of THE ESTATE OF RODNEY K. FITZGERALD (hereinafter “Estate”).
RODNEY K. FITZGERALD died on 05/18/2026, and owned property in Navajo County, Arizona. At the time of death, he was a resident of Navajo County, AZ. Pursuant to A.R.S. §14-3801, all persons having claims against RODNEY K. FITZGERALD are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred.
Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim indicating its basis, the name and address of the claimant, the date the claim is due, the amount claimed, and describing any security for the claim.
