The Holbrook Animal Shelter has many fine dogs and cats looking for a good home, including these (shown left to right) Samoa, a male Bull Terrier mix, is very shy, but he’s an escape artist. He is very young and playful, and shows no aggression. Sheldon, a young male pit mix, is currently in foster care in the Valley, but Holbrook Animal Control is still in charge of his adoption. He has a unique voice and is a small size. He is not aggressive at all toward people or other animals. He is a sweet, loving, playful boy who deserves a loving home after his hard start in life. Tinkerbell is a female red nose pit bull mix, 2 to 3 years old. She has a sweet disposition, loves to cuddle, and is good with kids and other dogs. Her adoption fee is just $50. Brownie is a large breed male dog. He is a sweet boy with beautiful markings. The next guy hasn’t been named yet, but he is a male hound mix, and is very scared and very sweet. Ripper is a male Shepherd/Lab mix. He is neutered and housebroken. He does not like kids, but seems like a very sweet boy. Leading the cats are Tux and Crookshanks, followed by Merlin and Smoke, who are very friendly, 1-year-old male cats. The adoption fee is $75 for female dogs, $70 for male dogs and $35 for male cats, which includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccination and, for dogs, a Holbrook license.
