Snowflake matched that total with two in the second and one in the third tying the game at 3-3. Chinle broke the tie in the fifth with two more runs but the Lobos stayed within one after scoring once in the home half of the fifth. Snowflake finally took the lead with two runs in the bottom of the sixth. That 6-5 lead failed to hold up as Chinle scored twice in the top of the seventh then held the Lobos to win the game 7-6.

With the power points being released this week look for the Lobos to be near the top 10 at the worst in the initial rankings. After hosting Payson on Tuesday, they will host Holbrook on Friday, then welcome in Page on Saturday. Next Tuesday they will play on the road for the first time in six games when they travel to Show Low.
