The Lobos are off to a 6-2 overall record to start their season. They are 3-1 in regular season contests after picking up two such wins in action last week. Hosting Round Valley on Thursday, the Lobos prevailed 66-50 over the Elks.
Two days later they had too much firepower for an undersized Ganado team. The Lobos took care of the Hornets, 59-44. This week Snowflake will host Winslow in the east region opener for both ball clubs. Winslow comes in with a 5-2 regular season beginning.
The day following the Bulldog match-up, the Lobos will travel to Tuba City to take on the Warriors. Snowflake will play in the Epic Tourneys New Year’s Eve Classic which begins on Dec. 28, and runs through the 30th. Snowflake’s first pool game will be vs Florence at 2:30 in the afternoon on the 28th. Friday morning, they will take on Window Rock before heading into bracket play on Friday afternoon and Saturday.
Snowflake returns to regular season action on Jan. 4 when they host Pima.
