With the initial AIA power point rankings scheduled to be released midweek, the Holbrook Lady Roadrunners will most likely find themselves situated outside of the top 24 in the rankings. Just over half the season remains, so they still have time to climb into the top two dozen, which is where they will need to be for post-season play.

They split their first two games played after returning from spring break, picking up a 17-5 win at Mogollon on Monday afternoon, then falling to Payson in a 10-0 home field loss on Tuesday.

The Roadrunners’ overall record is level at 8-8, which includes tournament play, but their regular season record stands at 2-5 following Tuesday’s loss.

They ares scheduled to host Chinle on Saturday, April 4, and will travel to Show Low on Monday to meet the Lady Cougars, then return to the mountain again the following day for a match up with the Blue Ridge Lady Yellowjackets in Lakeside.

With their two scheduled invitational tournaments already in the books, every game remaining on their schedule will have playoff implications.
