By Greg Perkins The Lady Roadrunners put an end to their volleyball season with three games last week. They dropped all three contests closing out the season with a six-game losing streak. Holbrook had lost players to injury and COVID protocol and couldn’t overcome those setbacks. Playing in Winslow on Tuesday night they fell to the Bulldogs in three games, 24-26, 15-25 and 8-25. Hosting Blue Ridge on Wednesday Holbrook again fell in three, 23-25, 20-25 and 13-25. Snowflake visited Munoz Gym on Thursday night for Holbrook’s final game of the season. The Lobos are the top ranked team in 3A and proved quite worthy of that ranking dominating Holbrook in three games, 9-25, 11-25 and 9-25. Holbrook ends their season with an overall regular season record of 5-12.
