Chalet Baldwin played well, scoring 17 points, including three treys, with nine rebounds and four steals. Alicia Chavez netted 10. Allison Bushman had 8 points, five steals and three blocks. Joseph City gave up 38 points in the first period and things only got worse in the 91-35 loss. Alyssa Hutchens finished with 10 points and Sadie Tuckfield added 8. Saturday’s game against Fredonia went very well through the first three quarters. Joseph City held the Lady Lynx to just 16 points through the first three quarters. Bushman had 8 points, six rebounds, three steals and two blocks. Tuckfield added 6 points, seven assists and three steals. Haley Edwards helped out with four rebounds, three steals and three blocks. After playing at Red Valley Cove on Tuesday they will host Ash Fork on Thursday, Jan. 28. The next day they travel to Rough Rock. They begin the final week of the regular season on Tuesday, Feb. 2, when they host Cibecue.
