Kathleen R. Lee, loving mother of Max, passed away on Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, in Payson after a long battle with cancer. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Heber Cemetery. She was born Sept. 11, 1964, as a fifth generation Californian. She resided in Overgaard. Kathleen enjoyed being a mother. Max was the light of her life. Survivors include her son, Max; her parents, Sid and Coralie Lee; her brothers, Don (Cindy) Lee, Brad Lee and Shelly; an aunt, Linda Lee Smith; two uncles, Thomas M. Drake and Michael Lee; and several nieces and nephews. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor was in charge of the arrangements.
