The Wildcat track teams competed with 20 other teams at the Snowflake Invitational track meet Friday in what was their final chance to qualify for the Division 4 state meet slated this weekend in Phoenix.
In the girls’ 800 meter run, Kristin Baldwin placed third; Kayla Hughes, 12th; Emily Hunt, 28th; and Deidra Hansen, 33rd.
Annelie Hansen placed 15th in the 1600 meter run.
In the 100 meter hurdles Sara Solomon placed sixth; and Brooke Baldwin, 13th.
In the 300 meter hurdles, Sara Solomon placed second; and Brooke Baldwin, 10th.
Kristin Baldwin placed sixth in the high jump.
In the shot put Kaylee Pugh placed seventh; Tori Baird, 12th; and Susan Normandin, 22nd.
In the discus, Susan Normandin placed 11th; Kaylee Pugh, 24th; and Tori Baird, 28th.
For the boys, Jaden Parra placed 27th in the 100 meter dash and 29th in the 200 meter dash.
In the 400 meter dash, Austin Gardner placed 12th; and Josh Burt, 22nd.
In the 110 meter hurdles, Daniel Bushman placed 13th; Justin Parisot, 15th; and Dallin Baldwin, 18th.
In the 300 meter hurdles, Justin Parisot placed sixth; and Daniel Bushman, 10th.
The team of Austin Gardner, Josh Burt, Daniel Bushman and Chance Rush placed eighth in the 4×400 meter relay.
Daniel Hutchens was 25th in the long jump.
In the triple jump, Austin Gardner placed 12th; and Luke DeWitt, 15th.
Harrison Lorenc placed 27th in the discus and was 31st in the shot put.
