Jack R. Plumb, 86, died Nov. 9, 2023. Jack was born in Clay Springs, Nov, 2, 1937, to Pressman Moses and Unisa Victoria (Mackey) Plumb.
Jack grew up in Clayspring, at 14 Jack started working life sawmilling in Show Low. In 1960, Jack worked as a carpenter in Holbrook. In 1966 until 2003, Jack ran Plumb Construction with his family.
His family includes his wife of 61 years, Erlene, Shelly (Plumb) and Jim Weeks. Jaime (Weeks) and Cory Richins, Cayden, Embree, Emma, Aria, Jack and Phoebe Richins. Justin and Natanya (Lund) Weeks, Harvie Weeks. Josie (Weeks) and Matt Lunt, Laney and Gracie Lunt. Vic and Sherri (Harvey) Plumb, Brian Laffrey, Amaya and Dexter Laffrey. Greg Laffrey. Craig Plumb. Curtis and Beth (Williams) Plumb, CJ and Taylor (Clemmons) Plumb, Samuel and Mackenzie (Chappell) Plumb, Carla (Plumb) and Aaron Ballesteros, Katie Ballesteros, Sydney Plumb. Carla Plumb. Stacey (Plumb) and Bob Griner, Tucker and Kenzie (Litmer) Griner, Steele and Lynx Griner, Taggart and Trinity (Cox) Griner.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 17, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Woodruff.
