One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of July 22-28, according to dispatcher reports.
At 7:13 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, a two-vehicle collision with injuries occurred on Navajo Blvd. and Hilltop Street. The vehicles involved were a white 2022 Chevy Traverse driven by Marie Cling, 69, of Indian Wells and a 2015 red Ford Focus driven by Miguel Ochoa, 70, of Holbrook. According to the report, Ochoa was traveling south on Navajo Blvd. when Cling, who was traveling north on Navajo Blvd., turned left in front of Ochoa causing the collision. Cling, Ochoa and a passenger in Ochoa’s vehicle were all transported to Little Colorado Medical Center in Winslow for treatment of their injuries and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
