All schools in the Holbrook School District will hold registration for the 2012-13 school year Monday through Friday, July 16-20. Registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, July 16-19, at Indian Wells Elementary School. Registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, and from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday, July 20. New to the registration process this year is the requirement that all students complete an Arizona residency documentation form. It must be signed, and parents/guardians must submit a copy of a document that displays their name and residential address for a physical description of the property where the student resides. If your student has been pre-registered, school officials ask that you stop in to make sure all information is current and all forms are complete. New students must bring their birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency and Certificate of Indian Blood, if applicable, to registration. The first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 1.
