The Holbrook City Council met for a brief meeting on Feb. 21, with Interim City Manager Randy Sullivan informing the council that the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has released their millings and the city has been busy hauling them into town. “When the weather warms up we can get to work on the roads, doing repairs and filling holes,” he said.
