Holbrook girls’ team finished in 13th place and the boys’ team in 15th in the 20-team field at the NPA Skydome Classic held at March 7 at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Snowflake took the boys’ team title with 121 points. Sedona placed second with 56 and Mingus was third with 53. On the girls’ side, Mingus took the top spot with 104. Sedona was second with 77 and Payson finished in third with 45.

In the boys’ 60 meter dash, Jason Moore placed 25th in 7.90; Andy Leon, 36th in 8.07; and Coy Begay, 54th in 8.70.

In the 200 meter dash, Adam Moore was 12th in 24.91; Jason Moore, 16th in 25.11; and Coy Begay, 53rd in 29.29.

In the 400 meter dash, Adam Moore was sixth in 54.85; Franz Eckardt, 23rd in 59.92; and Greg Begay, 25th in 1:00.

In the 800 meter run, Bryson Keoni was 14th in 2:15; Theriot Yazzie, 35th in 2:24; and Dylan Hill, 53rd in 2:46.

In the 1600 meter run, Melcomh Chee placed 19th in 5:08; and Terrell Twobulls, 28th in 5:18.

In the 3200 meter run, Melcomh Chee placed 13th in 11:26.

In the 60 meter hurdles, Gabe Andis placed seventh in 9.53; Robert Dawson, 12th in 10.09; and Mason Moore, 16th in 10.33.

The team of Adam Moore, Jason Moore, Mason Moore and Duncan Henson placed 10th in the 4×400 meter relay with a time of 3:52.

Jammerino White placed seventh in the shot put with a distance of 40-11; and Reuben Kee, 20th with 37-01.

In the high jump, Gabe Andis placed eighth, clearing 5-06.

In the long jump, Franz Eckardt placed 30th with a distance of 16-01; and Jason Moore, 33rd with 15-09.

In the triple jump, Robert Dawson placed ninth with 36-05; Gabe Andis, 19th with 33-07; and Ty Keyonnie, 25th with 29-06.

In the girls’ 60 meter dash, Amber Nezzie placed 45th in 9.56; and Rachelle Keyonnie, 54th in 10.80.

In the 200 meter run, Jessica Paz was 25th with a time of 31.24.

In the 400 meter run, Jessica Paz placed 14th in 1:09; Analisa Dawson, 25th in 1:12; and Rachelle Keyonnie, 43rd in 1:19.

In the 800 meter run, Col’Bi Nez placed third with a time of 2:38; Miya Tom, 20th in 2:51; and Tamisha Yazzie, 33rd in 2:58.

In the 1600 meter run, Col’Bi Nez placed in 5:57.

In the 3200 meter run, Tamisha Yazzie was ninth in 13:29; and Latanya Lano, 13th in 14:19.

In the 60 meter hurdles, Shelbi Kinlicheenie placed 30th in 12.80; Amber Nezzie, 32nd in 12.97; and Cydney Walters, 33rd in 13.05.

The team of Analisa Dawson, Miya Tom, Jessica Paz and Col’Bi Nez placed 12th in the 4×400 meter relay with a time of 4:46.

In the shot put, Shandie Demuth placed 28th with a distance of 25-01.

The Holbrook teams will compete in the Round Valley Invitational on Friday in Eagar.
