From 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, to 3 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, the Route 66 DUI Task Force while be conducting a DUI enforcement detail in the City of Winslow. The operation will take place in the Winslow area and run in conjunction with several high-profile events, including the annual Standin’ on the Corner Festival. Agencies taking part in the detail include the Holbrook Police Department, the Winslow Police Department, the Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office.
