Daniel Richard Gibson Sr., 52, of Indian Wells passed away on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, in Prescott Valley. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, located at 300 Hermosa Drive in Holbrook. He was born on Jan. 10, 1962, to Richard Gibson and Sandra Heacock in Covina, Calif., where he also attended high school. He was a firefighter and heavy equipment operator. He had many hobbies, including fishing, skiing, camping, riding his motorcycle, listening to rock and roll, and watching the Cardinals games. Survivors include his wife De’-Anne B. Gibson; his sons, Daniel R. Gibson and Eddie C.W. Gibson; his daughters, Suenn Gibson and Jessica Gibson; his stepchildren, Betora Spencer and Steven Spencer; his parents, Sandra Cubes and Richard Gibson; his in-laws, Dorothy and Joe Begay; his brothers, Ben (Rachel) Gibson, Josh Gibson, Tim Gibson and Dave Gibson; and his uncle, Don Heacock. Sunrise Funeral Home of Prescott Valley was in charge of the arrangements.
